“SPREAD LOVE LIKE FIRE.”

People often ask how they can be of service to me as a way to show thanks, and while simply supporting the album and attending shows is very appreciated, I could always use financial support. Most stars are born with major labels backing them and putting in millions of dollars to make sure the world hears their songs, sees live shows and music videos and knows their names through advertising support. Well, I am an indie artist, so I have to come up with those dollars on my own… in a wholesome way of course. Haha!

When the pandemic arrived, I started pushing harder to release my music to the world and learned to save and invest every penny I received to put toward the music and art that I create to serve us on our journey’s. What does that look like? Here is a brief and very approximate breakdown:

• Studio Time: $450 per song. ($75HR - 3 hours for recording + 3 hours for mixing and mastering).

• Music Production (the Beat): $1000-$3500 per song (my debut album was 10 songs long).

• Music Video: $2000-$3000 per song.

• Photoshoot: $750 (Photographer + Images - $350, Makeup Artist - $200, Wardrobe Stylist $200).

• Advertising and PR: $2500 - $5000 (8-week billboard campaign) or $600 monthly retainer for publicist.

• Entertainment Lawyer: $500hr (average).

In a nutshell, things can get expensive when you are trying to do this thing the right way, but that doesn’t stop me from making music, showing up and creating art for you. I do my best to save and negotiate the best rates possible for my projects, and with your donation I will be able to do a lot more.
